Top return on remodels: 

• minor kitchen remodel = 111% return
• stone veneer = 105%
• Upscale garage door replacement (think wood veneer) – 94%
• Attic insulation = 94%

Worst return on investment:

• Upscale master suite addition = 61%
• Composite deck = 62%
• Vinyl siding = 62%
• Permenantly installed backup generator system = 62%
