About Us

Our story

In order to let you get to know us, we would like to share a bit of our family, and business, history with you. For two generations, we have striven to provide excellent service and expertise within the real estate business.

Jenkins Group had its beginning in 1989, when Sid and Alice Jenkins moved to Vancouver from Reedsport, OR. Together they studied for their exams and became licensed agents. They continued to work together, using maps and cold-calling through phone books to get their small real estate business on its feet.

In 2001, Rick partnered with his father to officially start Jenkins Group, and they worked together until 2007, when Sid retired. Sid was known for his care for those around him and his commitment to serving to the best of his ability, and left a lasting impression on many of those he worked with.

In 2020, Erin joined her husband Rick to continue the family legacy of excellent service in real estate.

We are building off of a strong foundation of service and care in our family business, and are thrilled to meet with you and take care of your real estate needs.
