Sid and Alice Jenkins starting in real estate

In 1989, Sid and Alice Jenkins moved to Vancouver from Reedsport, OR. Together they studied for their real estate exams and became licensed agents, beginning Jenkins Group in 1991. They continued to work together, using maps and cold-calling through phone books to get their small real estate business on its feet.

In 2001, Rick partnered with his father and they worked together until 2007, when Sid retired. Sid was known for his care for those around him and his commitment to serving to the best of his ability, and left a lasting impression on many of those he worked with.

In 2020, Erin joined her husband Rick to continue the family legacy of excellent service in real estate.
